Return Policy

 We have a 30-day return policywhich means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as when a book shows obvious signs of use, or when an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If buyers are unsatisfied with the resolution provided for after-sale issues, they have the responsibility to open a dispute with DIPO Tee Print to seek further assistance.
